Coaching sessions conducted through Zoom are not recorded by Innerwakening.
Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information through the contact or booking forms unless it is necessary for your request.

- Arrange, manage, reschedule or cancel coaching sessions

Innerwakening uses third-party services to operate the business and provide coaching services. These currently include:
- YouCanBookMe – scheduling and managing bookings
- Stripe – processing payments
- Zoom – conducting online coaching sessions
- Microsoft 365 – business email and communications
These providers may process personal information when necessary to provide their services.

Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or where a longer retention period is required by law.
For example, information required for financial and tax administration may need to be retained for the applicable statutory retention period.
