These Terms & Conditions apply to coaching services offered by Innerwakening through innerwakening.com and its booking system.

By booking a coaching session with Innerwakening, you enter into an agreement for the coaching service described at the time of booking.
2. Coaching Services
Innerwakening offers individual online coaching sessions. The current service is a 60-Minute Alignment Session, conducted online via Zoom.
Coaching is intended to provide a space for exploration, reflection and personal development. The client remains responsible for their own choices, decisions and actions.
Coaching does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other professional advice or treatment.
3. Booking
Sessions can be booked through the online booking system available through the Innerwakening website.
When booking, you are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.
A booking is confirmed once the booking process and required payment have been successfully completed and you receive confirmation.
4. Price and Payment
The price displayed during booking is the total price payable for the session, including applicable VAT where required.
Payment is made online through Stripe as part of the booking process.
The booking is not confirmed until the required payment has been successfully completed.
5. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session using the rescheduling option provided with your booking.
When a session is rescheduled, the payment already made will remain associated with the booking and will be applied to the new appointment. No additional payment or refund is required solely because the session has been rescheduled.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
If you decide to cancel your session completely before it takes place, you may receive a full refund of the amount paid.
If you unexpectedly cannot attend your session, please contact Innerwakening. Depending on the circumstances, the session may be rescheduled or the payment refunded.
If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide notice, there is no automatic entitlement to a refund. Innerwakening may consider exceptional circumstances individually.
If Innerwakening needs to cancel a session, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule. If no replacement session is arranged, the amount paid will be refunded.
7. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer and book a session online, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the agreement, subject to the exceptions and conditions provided by applicable law.
You may exercise this right without giving a reason.
Where you request that a coaching service takes place during the 14-day withdrawal period, special rules may apply once performance of the service has begun or the service has been fully performed.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Innerwakening's cancellation policy may provide you with additional flexibility beyond your statutory right of withdrawal.
8. Online Sessions
Coaching sessions are conducted through Zoom. You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, compatible device and an environment in which you can participate in the session.
If a significant technical problem prevents the session from taking place, Innerwakening and the client will seek a reasonable solution, such as rescheduling the session.
9. Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative process. Innerwakening does not guarantee any particular result, outcome or personal change from participating in a coaching session.
You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on insights, ideas or possibilities explored during coaching.
10. Liability
Innerwakening will provide its coaching services with reasonable care.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would not be permitted under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Innerwakening is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by a client based on matters explored during coaching.
11. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Innerwakening Privacy Policy, available through the website.

If you have a concern or complaint about a coaching service, please contact:
Innerwakening will aim to address concerns in a reasonable and constructive manner.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
Innerwakening may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version applicable to a booking is the version made available at the time the agreement is entered into.
